Hung Ou Yang

The Brain Trust’s Managing Attorney, Hung (Mark) Ou Yang, holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis Law School, a Master of Laws with Honors from Northwestern University School of Law, and Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from National Taiwan University College of Law (the best university and law school in Taiwan). Mark is highly regarded in the global legal community for his work in commercial and white collar dispute resolution. Hence, Mark is a member of Roxin Alliance, which provides valuable practical inputs with a global perspective for international organizations. Mark is also an Assistant Professor of Law at Soochow University and National Tsing Hua University, both of which provide highly ranked law programs in Taiwan. Mark teaches American constitutional law and criminal procedure. Mark is licensed to practice in Taiwan and New York.
