Holly Lynette Fuller

Holly fuller is the worst attorney to ever pass the bar in the state of Tennessee . She was hired to help resolve an eviction matter and completely lied about the laws . She did not listen to our concerns and did not fight for us . All she wanted was to collect her money and leave . I am still missin...g my security deposit that I was promised almost three months ago and have been living in a hotel . He s the most useless attorney and should be disbarred from the state of Tennessee for her lies ! I will be taking her to court next .

Ms. Fuller took my case when no one else would. For fourteen months, Ms. Fuller spent time actually listening to what I needed and showing that she cared about me as a person and not only a client. She always gave me the power to make decisions and was patient with my numerous questions. Ms. Fuller a...ccommodated my busy schedule for meetings. I feel that she helped me understand the bigger picture of the legal process, which, in turn, helped me make better decisions for my family. The outcome of the divorce and parenting plan was not exactly as I had hoped, and I feel Ms. Fuller should have been more hard-nosed on the matter. However, much of that was out of our control, and I was in a hurry to put the whole matter behind me and move on. We felt Holly had our child's best interest as her focus. Although our case was in Blount county Holly was punctual for every appearance in court and kept a personal demeanor at all times. She was always just an email away, never leaving us to wonder needlessly. Our family is thankful for her hard...work in getting our family reunited.
