Holly Marie Benham

Holly’s legal career has included more than 14 years of experience representing clients in bankruptcy, business, criminal and divorce cases throughout the state of Colorado.  

Holly was the owner of Cimino & Benham, LLC from 2007-2015 where she focused exclusively on bankruptcy representation.  Her bankruptcy work has included simple and complex Debtor representation in hundreds of individual and business bankruptcy cases.  She specializes in both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies.  Holly is proud to navigate clients through the bankruptcy process from start to finish.

Holly’s experience as a small business owner and her work with business clients has allowed her to understand the demands and challenges of being a small business owner.  Holly helps clients identify their unique needs and opportunities to be successful.  She has assisted business clients with the negotiating, drafting, and review of business contracts, sales agreements, and entity formation and modification documents. Holly has also represented clients in business disputes.

Holly received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, College of law in 2003.  She graduated with honors, receiving a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Montana State University in 1999.  Holly is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
