Henry J Florence

I didn't get a dime back from Florence, and the State Bar of AZ wouldn't help me. They said an attorney can pursue a case according to their own judgement. He wouldn't spend it getting the discovery I needed, he just plea bargained, after telling me I had an excellent chance of winning before I paid ...him the retainer. He'll say "I don't feel that's the way to go" when getting discovery would cost him any of your money you paid him.

It has been years since I hired this man and my gratitude has not faded, in fact it has grown. I am living the life that freedom affords me, and his advise, as much as his expertise, helped me tremendously. The overall feeling I got and still have from my interactions with him are of what an honest a...nd kind man he is. His representation saved my family and gave me a live I am grateful to live! I doubt he remembers me but I will always think fondly of him.
