I couldn't be happier with the results that Heather has provided. We truly have been a team, and she has guided me through a very difficult and lengthy divorce. I would not recommend this attorney. I retained her in November 2014 and by January 8th she had not drawn up a separation agreement or sent my husband a letter stating the demands I requested. She kept withdrawing from my retainer I had given her to represent me. I sent an email after the first of th...e year inquiring what is taking so long. I showed the email to several professional people and they were shocked. They advised me that this attorney is not on your side. I terminated counsel with her on January 15 and she responded on January 22 stating that I can pick up my documents but not the remaining balance of my retainer. She stated that they have to keep my money until the end of the month to calculate the charges. She sent me an itemized statement stating that she spent three hours reviewing and going over my documents on January 12th. She knew I was terminating her as my attorney so she put something down on my statement to say she did this regarding my case. I obtained a different attorney on January 30th and he sent a letter to my husband that day.

Heather has been excellent to work with during my divorce and custody cases. She is very personal and takes the time to understand each situation so she can provide the best advice. Unlike some other attorneys, she does not push to take things to court which really drives up fees. She is very good... in court but she used it as a last option in my situation and when we did have to go, she came to court well prepared which showed in our positive verdicts.

Heather has walked me through every step of the legal process involving my separation/divorce, child custody, child support, alimony & equitable distribution. I think the best thing to say about Heather is that she's had my back & best interests since day one back in 2011. I trust Heather completel...y....which means that I don't worry about how I am being represented legally & I'm free to just live my life. I don't think that there's a greater compliment that I could pay her! Heather would be my first and only choice , as well as the only attorney I would recommend to others for representation for a family law situation!
