You can simply bring it with you to the interview - do not send separately to USCIS unless you receive a Request for Evidence.

You should fill in the information requested, even if you are separated.
We can't provide any copies of 'good faith marriage' evidence, when it is bona fide marriage.

Your husband's H-1B change of employer will not have any impact on whether or not your parent's B-2 visa is ultimately approved.
