Gregory Elefterakis

I went in the hospital in September of 1990 to have a baby. I aspirated because the drs didnt intubate me. Since that 1st mistake it became into a snowball effect. I was given an antibiotic in which I had a red band alert on my wrist and my husband was told that my stomach was bleeding and that I nee...ded an operation on my stomach that has a 30% Mortality rate. Luckily my husband caught the mistake, stopped the medication and my stomach stopped bleeding. I also got MRSA while I was on the respirator. Approximately 9 months later, after being put into an induced coma for the pain, losing ALL muscle tone having to learn how to walk while my newborn son was, having my left upper lobe removed which only gives me 52% lung compacity I was able to go home. Greg Elefterakis and his friend Attorney Paul Biedka took on my case which was dismissed by the Surpreme Court due to the fact that they missed all meetings for the depositions. I was not able to sue the hospital anymore because of that. My life has been extremely hard because of this. Greg Elefterakis did not have Malpractice insurance at the time and Paul Biedka stopped being an attorney and went bankrupt. When I asked for my files from Greg, he told me that the files were lost, maybe from a fire in his office. Greg originally wanted to settle out of court with me, but at the last minute he decided not to give me anything. THAT is my review.
