Refused to accept insurance company's lowball offer; filed suit and won!

I was involved in a car crash where another driver pulled out from a stop sign and hit my car. The insurance company insisted that I was partially to blame, even though two eyewitnesses said it was completely the other driver's fault. Mr. Morton engaged the insurance company, and when they refused to... offer a reasonable amount to compensate me for my medical bills and the totaled vehicle, Mr. Morton filed suit. It finally took a trial and the jury telling the other driver--and his insurance company MetLife--that he was completely at fault. The jury's verdict was thousands of dollars more than the last settlement offer the insurance company had made. Some attorneys are afraid to file suit, and are willing to settle for whatever the insurance company offers. Mr. Morton is not one of those attorneys. His performance in the trial was incredible. His meticulous preparation and ability to tell the jury the story of my case, and explain how the law supported my damages claim, was the key to success and beating the insurance company and its lawyers.
