Unfortunately the claims adjuster does this work 365 days a year and you do not know the business nor law. Get counsel if you can.

I think the assistant DA I breaking state law and using his position in a way that is not right and feel my attorney on his side

Unfortunately in La. it is at will employment and they can terminate you with or without cause unless it is protected activity. This does not seem...

We had a member get terminated for degrading the chief of a volunteer fire dept. he went to the board of director's to appeal
