Gerry M. Wendrovsky

I hired Mr. Wendrovsky to take care of an ongoing water leak in my condo. I thought that getting a lawyer involved would pressure the condo board to take the problem seriously. I asked him to negotiate a solution but Mr. Wendrovsky led me to believe that filing an injunction where the court would for...ce the condo board to fix the leak was the only effective strategy. He repeatedly said that it would be quick and easy. Over the next two months he continually pestered me for every scrap of evidence that was even tangentially relevant to this case. It took so long to file the injunction that by the time he filed, the leak had been fixed! He then insisted on going forward with the injunction as a way to get the board to pay for all the damages to my condo. When we eventually went to the hearing (four months after I hired him - not quick at all) he insisted that I come to the court. Then, in a very duplicitous manner, he had me wait in the hallway when the hearing was on. When I realized what he was doing I went into the hearing only to hear the judge scold him for filing an injunction after the problem was solved and then scold him again since this was not the forum to seek monetary damage. I was stunned at his dishonesty. I could forgive an error in strategy but this was just duplicitous incompetence. Needless to say he didn't return my calls after that, or any of the evidence. I would have been better off, with a lot more money in my pocket, had I not hired Mr. Wendrovskly.

OK. Here's the truth about Mr Wendrovsky. One of THE best lawyers that I have ever worked with. He handled a very complicated business law case for me. Lots of issues! He understood all of the issues, and worked out one of the best resolutions I could have hoped for. He is HONEST as well as TRUSTWORT...HY. He works hard at not only helping with the case, but in educating me so that future decisions are made with a better understanding on my part. I cannot say enough great things about him. Mr. Wendrovsky has been of great assistance on a variety of matters over the years, including a family estate, recouping monies from the airlines over lost luggage, and landlord-tenant matters. He is very knowlegeable about the law, is very honest and direct. He gets right to the point and has let... me know that certain matters were just not worth pursuing, from a monetary point of view. He is a very strong advocate for his clients. I highly recommend him. KR

Don't ever contact this lawyer under any circumstances ! Simply talking to him on the phone will ruin your day! I've worked with many lawyers in my life, but I've never had any experience come even close to as poor, offensive, unprofessional, and generally terrible. He constantly interrupted, in...sulted, and even threatened to report me to the bar association (which I have no idea why he would do) after I asked him basic questions that were important for me to understand before engaging him as my attorney. I got no sense that he cared about my situation or representing me and being my legal advocate. He repeatedly asked about money, over and over again. This 15 minute call completely ruined my day, and is the worst interaction I can imagine having with a lawyer. I'm surprised he still has a license to practice law. STAY AWAY.
