Georgia Alicia Lawrence

I worked with Georgia Lawrence for a year, and it was a mixed bag when it came to her responsiveness and timeliness. She mixed up documents for different cases, and never seemed to know actual dates for when to respond or if to respond. I was constantly following-up with her on if documents were subm...itted to the EEOC, and often times they were not or the wrong documents were submitted. I did not get the sense that she knew what she was doing when it came to the EEOC or federal employment law. She mentioned immigration law quite a bit, and was always coming from immigration court - so I can't speak to her level of competency there. In the end of our work together she completely changed the contract, charging more and changing the terms, and I did not agree to them, and we parted ways.

Georgia Lawrence represented me in a federal complaint before the EEOC and MSPB. From the very beginning it was clear that she had no idea what she was doing while representing me. In an initial hearing phone call with the agency she sat silent the entire time and didn't advocate for me once. Then ch...arged me $1000 just for being there. All the documents that she filed were copy and paste recycled ineffective wastes of paper. When I got an Individual Right of Appeal letter to go before the MSPB Ms. Lawrence and Shaun Southworth ruined my claims. I spent over $10,000 on these two "attorneys" and they couldn't even secure me a hearing with the EEOC or the MSPB. I have no idea how her or Shaun promote themselves as federal attorneys. I would've been a lot better off saving my money and representing myself. Please just stick to immigration because you have no idea about the federal sector and it really showed.
