George Brian Leavell

I am a unique Patent Attorney as I bring many skills and technical expertise to the table.  I have an interest in and have actually worked with a wide variety of mechanical and technical systems.  I have worked in aircraft industry in the USAF (8 years) as an avionics technician and in customer service engineering for Douglas Aircract (now part of Boeing) in avionics systems on DC-9, MD80, MD90, DC10, MD11 and C17 aircraft. 

I have worked on cars and motorcycles my entire life as it is a passion and hobby for me.  I roadraced motorcycles for several years and still compete occasionally in off-road events.

I began tinkering with electronics as a child and that lead me to work with electronics, aircraft, and semiconductor manufacturing processes as an adult.

Currently, I am responsible for client matters in the areas of computer hardware, semiconductor manufacturing processes and process tooling, software, Internet, analog and digital electronics, mechanical systems, solar power, statistical analysys and chemical processes.

My background allows me to understand the invention quickly and seek areas where the scope of the invention may be expanded to increase the value of the patent application(s).

I have extensive expereince prosecutiong patent applications in the USPTO and in many foreign countries and regions.

I offer a free, initial consultation so the potential client understands the value of my services before they ever write me a check.  Of course this initial consultation is still protected by the attorney client privilege.
