Biography
After spending several years as an Assitant District Attorney in the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, I started my own practice in criminal defense. This practice has included extensive trial experience in both State and Federal courts. I have aggressively defended individuals accused of crimes for over thirty years, often including high profile cases.
I have been selected as a Super Lawyer in the area of Criminal Defense for 2008, 2009, 2013, and 2014. Recently, I was selected among the Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in New York by The National Trial Lawyers Association. I am a member of the New York State Permanent Commission on Sentencing.
I am a frequent contributor on local radio and television programs involving discussion about the criminal justice system.
