He asked me for a retainer fee of $1500. It has been almost one year, has not responded, has not moved forward with any filing. Has done no work! He has refused to return my money, and has not contacted me. I am now approaching the bar to file a formal complaint. As well as filing in small claims co...urt. This is frustrating as single mother, and extremely unfair. Do not hire this lawyer.
