Unprofessional and Unprepared Representation

My experience was very similar to Kristina’s. Luckily, I switched attorneys before the court hearing. I found their work to be highly unprofessional and lacking competence. I would strongly recommend others to be very careful when dealing with them.

Negligent, unprepared, and careless representation

I was originally working with Olga Koloditskaya, but shortly before the final hearing, Gary Royle took over our case without any formal notice or consent. We were under stress preparing for court and didn’t have time to research him. During preparation, it became clear Gary had no understanding of... our case. He confused key facts, asked repetitive questions, and seemed to be reviewing our file for the first time just days before the hearing. After we lost our case, we discovered that part of our evidence was never even submitted to the court portal. This means the judge never saw the materials that supported our arguments. That level of disorganization is unacceptable. Only after the hearing did we learn that Gary Royle had previously lost his law license and had many negative reviews. Had we known this earlier, we never would have allowed him to handle our case. This experience was not only disappointing — it was damaging. I strongly advise others to be very cautious.
