Gary Steven Dennis

I had a tire rotation and oil change at a well-known oil change place. The mechanics didn't put back one of my tires back properly, and I got into an accident two blocks away from the oil change place. While the mechanics admitted their fault, the store manager was avoiding me and threatening me wi...th either they will not fix the damages on my car, or I have to fix the damages at the place he picked. The accident happened during my qualifying exam as a doctoral candidate and I had to choose whether pursuing further contributing my time/energy dealing with crooked people at that oil change place or concentrating on my exam, it was emotionally draining. I am so glad I had met Gary, Gary helped me going through what rights I have and went above and beyond with the case, investigated the scenarios and presented what options I have. I am so glad I've met him during one of my most helpless time in life. He is one of the kindest persons I've met, and he really goes the extra mile for you. I am forever grateful to him.
