I hired him. Was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I had a good case, he didn't call important witness's, important evidence got lost, didn't investigate anything, put me and only one witness up against the prosecutor's 8, because he provided wrong defense, I was told me and my witness couldn't tell the jur...y what happened and was CONVICTED, AND FOUND GUILTY! I found out he was secretly helping the prosecutor behind my back. I don't know why he's still in business. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I hired him, he did not investigate anything. The PROSECUTOR asked for numerous month to month continuances and he didn't object to any knowing i lived 2 hours away, lost my job going to court month after month. The PROSECUTOR had a dozen witness's but he didnt interview any of mine. He was a complet...e bumbling idiot during trial, he didnt object to anything, the judge yelled at him constantly, and he actually helped the prosecutors case! I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Garry was hired to defend my husband for a federal case he did ok until my husband got indicted his fee was 50,000 you think with paying that much money you would get the lowest possible sentence right!! Well Garry was a joke he begged for money each time he filed a paper he also never took us too hi...s office we meet him at a Libary in Elgin and his attire was very sloppy.. He's more like a public defender than a federal attorney (just my opinion) some one referred him too us and it was the worst mistake we made in our lives.. My skin would crawl each time the phone rang because he NEVER had any good news too tell us it was like he worked for the government and not us he would argue with us a lot too (he never thought he was wrong) it just saddens me that he took so much of our money and thinks he did a good job please please do research on him before you detain him I personally think he's a clown. I wish I could leave my email address or phone number but please take my advice and run the other direction especially if your facing federal charges
