Gale Marie Bobenhausen

I have practiced law primarily in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties for over 37 years. I have resided in Pinellas County since 1968 so I consider myself a semi-native. In 2012 I had a very amicable split from my husband of 24 years. In 2017 I married a wonderful man who is retired after 23 years of service in the US Army. I have two sons, the youngest of which is 25 as of August, 2021. I love spending time with my husband, the outdoors especially the pool and beach, and spending time with friends and family. The only hobbies I have time for are reading, gardening and Suduko puzzles. 

As a sole practitioner I am actively involved in, and the responsible attorney for, all aspects of your legal matter. I pride myself on effective and responsive communication so my clients know the exact status of their matter and are clearly provided the legal arguments pertaining to their case. A case plan is initiated immediately upon commencement of my representation and is updated throughout each case so the client knows not only where the case stands but also the actions to be taken to bring the matter to conclusio, with the estimated time frame to conduct each step.

In August, 2017, I relocated my practice to my residence, using remote paralegal work as needed. My desire in doing so was to reduce my case load in order to provide even better representation to my clients. While I may truly be a sole practitioner, the quality of my work and client satisfaction remains high, and I much prefer the increased productivity that comes from working from the comfort of my home.
