The lawyer told my mother that she took an appointment at USCIS office and then she didn't go to the appointment. She said she is traveling so my mother has to sign G-28 form for another lawyer in the office, my mother went to the office and they said they don't have the form ready. They sent us the ...form by mail (surprisingly only the second page of the form). We were upset from all the mistakes they did and the attitude of the woman in the phone was so aggressive, when we confronted her with the mistakes. Lastly, when the lawyer went to the USCIS for the appointment we received a letter from USCIS after a week from the appointment that a proper G-28 form was not filled so that lawyer is not my mother's legal representative. My father then went to the office to show them the letter, instead of admitting the error, they invented a reason without a legal evidence to show that there is no error from their side. After all these errors, they asked my father if he wanted to raise a case. Never calling them back.
