I had a business for thirty years that was foundering because the price of raw material had skyrocketed, which made it impossible to turn a profit. The escalation happened over a period of time and we found ourselves hoping against hope that there would be some relief in the price but it did not com...e before we were inundated with unpaid trade creditors. We thought that bankruptcy was inevitable and many attorneys agreed. Attorney Brannan, however, believed that the debts could be resolved outside of bankruptcy and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in professional fees (based on the estimation of other attorneys), and a ton of uncertainty, by avoiding a Chapter 11. In fact, ultimately, we were able to keep a small side business that involved another raw material whose price had not escalated. In a Chapter 11, we probably would have lost that, too. That remaining business is what we live on today. I cannot recommend this attorney highly enough. He really cared about what happened to us, and was not just about collecting a large fee.
