Fuischa Shelton

Fuischa Shelton is the owner and principal attorney of Shelton Injury Law, PLLC, a Houston-based personal injury firm committed to fighting for accident victims across Texas. A results-driven advocate, Fuischa brings sharp legal insight, compassion for clients, and an unwavering commitment to securing justice for those injured by negligence.

Fuischa completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University in Washington D.C., earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A graduate of Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Fuischa earned her Juris Doctor, graduating with summa cum laude honors. While in law school, she served as a Senior Editor on Law Review and on the Board of the Civil Rights Law Society, earned CALI Awards for academic excellence, and was a respected tutor and teaching assistant in Property Law and Business Associations Law.

Fuischa is licensed to practice in Texas and Washington, D.C. Prior to launching Shelton Injury Law, she practiced at a respected bankruptcy and civil litigation firm in Houston, Texas representing clients in high-stakes financial and civil matters. She gained valuable experience in client-centered litigation strategies.

With her prior legal experience, Fuischa’s approach to law is both analytical and empathetic. She is committed to putting people first while pursuing the best possible results.

When she’s not advocating for clients, Fuischa volunteers at legal clinics, enjoys mentoring young legal professionals, and remains committed to serving her community.
