Frank A. Naclerio

As a real estate agent for over 18 years Ive work with many attorneys and Frank Naclerio is still #1 on my speed dial. I have worked with Frank on selling and buying sides of the transactions and I have not had an unhappy client or customer. He is very professional but practical and flexible. He ...meets clients at his office, my office, their home and on one occasion my clients went to his home. He is just an awesome attorney and I would recommend him highly and always. Did I mention he represented me on the purchase of my own home? So I have been on all sides of his transactions. He explains everything thoroughly and he looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is an expert in Real Property Law.

Sorry to read that another reviewer had such an unfortunate experience. I can't say enough good things about Frank. He represented me in both a sale and a purchase of residential, primary homes. Even the other people in the closing room couldn't help but comment how informative he was, ensuring ...that I understand every line item and every clause. He was really painstakingly thorough about it. He is also is very friendly and easy to talk to. He was on board with all of the concessions I wanted to make and was very easy to reach. I'd highly recommend him to friends and family.

Frank doesn't care the urgency and importance of transaction and his client, seems like he do not have any experience in Commercial contract. Frank will go on vacation without notice and blame the client for delay, he would not listen to client or draw a contract to protect the right of his client,... rather he go with simple old contract and change the name to reduce his work. I found him very difficult to deal with.
