Chris Allen (Appraisal specialist) recommended this firm but this has to be personal relationship recommendation because I refuse to believe anyone uses them as a business relationship with the crappy service they offer. Besides, Frank Leli and Chris Allen are buddies in real life, so that makes sense. Facebook told me that by the way. ANYWAY I was recommended by Chris Allen. On April 22, 2022 I paid Leli Firm $200 to file my claim for diminished value on my car. May 20, 2022, I called them asking them for a status. They told me they were sending me paperwork to sign, that everything was already “filed” June 7th, I emailed them with an update, they told me everything was in line. I called, asking for some sort of document, ANYTHING they could show me that shows they have filed. Surprise surprise, they sent me the documents the next day with a filing date of the day before, 6/7, 2022. I kept pressing and finally was told it takes time. To stop asking, they would let me know. On March 15, 2023 (10 months later) I inquired about my case once again. Was told it’s still in the works. Once again, I called asking for documentation to be loaded into their portal. After several calls, I finally got them to upload the paperwork and said court has closed the case in August of 2022 for not having a response. Lelifirm was asking for another $250 of me so they can serve the individuals. I ended up settling with the insurance company ON MY OWN because it sickened me to give this firm another one of my Pennies, it even sickened me more to know they would get a nice chunk of change from my settlement when they literally sat on their butts the whole time. Constantly gaslighting me and lying about paperwork being processed. Every time I called it was always an excuse. “Im new” “I have no access to your account” “we’re waiting on the court” “Melissa is pregnant” “Frank doesn’t handle the claims” I mean, over and over and over again, just no sense of accountability. I think if you take anything out of my post, just know their positive reviews are fake and this firm really needs to reevaluate their business practices. Maybe I wasn’t a big fish for them to worry about, so they just pushed me to the side. Either way, doesn’t matter, when people ask me to recommend them someone, I don’t know who to send them to, I do however, know to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to avoid this firm at all costs.

Frank Leli lied to me by saying he filed my case and never filed anything. He also charged me for filing fees and then just completely stop responding to my calls and emails. I waited 8 months thinking my case was "in the works" then had to fire Frank to get the real truth of what was happing from an...other lawyer. I see all these people saying Frank got them boat loads of cash and really have to wonder, how many are true?

My experience with Frank was terrible from the start. My accident occurred 9/2019, and because he was so slow, and I was misinformed, it wasn’t settled until 1/2021. This was a diminished value claim. I was asked to file a complaint report with the insurance commissioner. It wasted about 3 months b...efore they told me I was barking up the wrong tree. I gave Frank all my info, and waited for almost 2 months before trying to reach him. I heard nothing back until I messaged his associate. It was my experience that he does not return phone calls, & emails promptly, and doesn’t even have a professional message on his answering machine. (It is generic) He is extremely condescending, rude, and arrogant. He asked me to settle for far less than what my case was worth, and stalled me out so long that I took a bad deal just to be done with the horrible experience. The miscommunication was so bad that I went to court on a day that he had asked for a continuance. I called before I went, and after, and heard nothing back for over a day! This was a total waste of time, and he offered no apology, just an email where he was clearly mocking me. He was MIA for months at a time, and the only way I got him to respond this last time was by telling him he was fired if I didn’t hear back by a certain date. I attached the letter I wrote to him for reference, of which he accepted the fact that he did all these things. Rather than a proper apology, he asked to start over again. *My letter to him: “Hello Frank, We have been talking about my 2019 car accident claim for over a year now, and I am concerned about your lack of communication and desire to close this case. I realize that the pandemic has slowed us down, but I’m running out of patience. Since we started, I would not hear back from you for months at a time I find this to be very unprofessional. I was ready to call it quits, and finally heard back from you on 10/9/20 with your rude and very condescending: “happy anniversary” email to me. On 10/26/20 due to your lack of communication, I made an unnecessary trip to the courthouse and wasted a work day. At the courthouse I sat and still could not reach you. Since then, you continued to disappoint me. I haven’t heard back from you since 11/22. Since then I have called 3 times, and sent an email on 12/10/20, and to this day have not heard back. If I don’t hear from you by 1/22 I will assume that you have abandoned this case and will hire someone else to settle it for me.”
