Wendy Addison Bradshaw

Wendy Addison Bradshaw is a licensed attorney in Tampa, Florida and is member of the Florida Bar Association.  She is a Tampa native, has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.  She practiced Criminal Defense as an Assistant Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County for over 2 years.  She and her husband live in Tampa with their two rescue dogs.

As an attorney at the Public Defender’s office, Wendy developed a passion for jury trials and motion practice.  She has litigated hundreds of cases before several different judges and against several different prosecutors.  With this experience, she has the skill to protect the rights and claims of her clients from unfair intrusion by other parties, be it the government or an ex-spouse.   Whether the goal is a fair settlement or a week-long trial, Wendy has the ability to navigate her clients to a beneficial resolution.
