Felicia Elaine Barry

Felicia Barry is an experienced civil litigator who has tried numerous bench trials as a dependency attorney at the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel.  At Regional Counsel, Felicia represented parents who had been accused of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.  She settled numerous cases during mediation and also litigated cases.  Felicia has a lot of familarity with family law.  Felicia practiced family and criminal law as an attorney at Acevedo Law Firm.  She handled divorce cases and settled criminal matters.  After practicing family law for five years, Felicia decided to transition to being in-house counsel at an insurance firm where she handled first party property cases.  She handled mediation, arbitration and litigation for Avatar Property & Casualty Insurance Company. In addition,  Felicia handled first-party property matters as outside counsel for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.  Now Felicia handles first-party property, family law, divorce, dependency, and criminal law cases.
