Fallon M. Gomez

Fallon Gomez (FG) did not complete the job she was hired to do and she decided to quit with out a reasonable justification (changing legal practice field with about a month in a halt notice is not a reasonable justification when you have clients that paid in full with pending cases). I had to consta...ntly remind her to do her job due to the fact she was constantly procrastinating. She always had an excuse. FG never provided me the physical address of her law firm. FG had no problem in accepting from me the amount of money she requested in order for her to execute the job she was hired to do in a timely manner. FG claimed that she exhausted all the funds I sent her and was asking for more also I never received a final billing statement with detailed information of her legal fees after she decided to quit and not refund some of the money back to me. At the end I felt like she was in favor of the opposing party's decision and she was not working in my best interest.
