I feel really lucky to have found Fabiana. From the very first day I spoke to her, I felt like I was in the hands of a professional, kind, understanding, patient and passionate woman. Fabiana helped me obtain my O1 (which I did, for the whole three years) in the smoothest way possible. Any questions ...I had, she answered. She was always on time, and whenever we discussed target dates she kept her word. I also really valued how compassionate she was - she was never condescending and always took the time to explain processes to me whenever I didn’t understand.
