A great communicator

I hired Mr. Maloof for a landlord/tenant matter. He is knowledgeable and resourceful. He was very responsive to my questions and requests, often responding by email within the hour (or letting me know he received my request and when he would respond.) I found him to be a good planner and a clear com...municator; not the verbose kind of attorney one encouters frequently. He is a straight shooter; what you see is what you get. He is not cheap, but he never overcharged me. I strongly recommend him.
