Я до сих пор не понимаю, каким чудом у Евгении вообще есть лицензия адвоката и почему её до сих пор не лишили права на практику. Она ведёт себя как настоящий ШАРЛАТАН: берёт деньги и исчезает на недели, а потом появляется с хамским тоном, разговаривает понебратски, грубит и кричит. При этом абсолютно... ничего из обещанной работы так и не выполняет. Больше всего возмущает, что к ней попадают люди, которые действительно нуждаются в помощи, а она только усугубляет их ситуацию. Берегите себя и свои нервы — НЕ связывайтесь с ней!

Evgenia is absolutely irresponsible and cares more about your money than about you. We reached out to ask if she had experience with cases like ours, and if she’d be able to handle it. All we really needed was a properly written email, but we weren’t sure where to send it since only a public contact ...was available online — and we knew that wasn’t the right one. Evgenia quickly replied that she could “totally handle it” and asked for $250, which we paid. That was the first and last time she responded politely and on time. After getting the money, she ignored us for a week. When we followed up, she spent maybe two minutes typing out the “email” — three basic sentences starting with To whom it may concern…. It had multiple spelling mistakes, including my name spelled completely wrong. No surprise it looked rushed, because it clearly was. To make things worse, she told us to send it to the same generic email address we had specifically discussed with her beforehand as being useless. When we asked if she could at least put a bit more effort into the email, she was dismissive and outright rude, basically saying just wait, things will sort themselves out eventually. That was it. We fixed her mistakes ourselves, sent the email, and of course, no one ever replied. So yes — I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING Evgenia Kovylni​kova. Please save your time and money and hire a real lawyer. There are plenty of good ones out there, but unfortunately, Evgenia is not one of them.

Very disappointing experience. After receiving the payment, Jenya stopped responding to my messages and completely disappeared. I waited for two weeks with no updates or communication, which caused serious delays on my end. On top of that, she didn’t return the full amount. This was unprofessional a...nd disrespectful. I do not recommend working with her.

Euguenia was my nephew's lawyer, she tried very hard to help him, but unfortunately the Louisiana court did not grant him asylum, she, like me, was worried about him and even cried when we were denied asylum. and she refused to take money for her services, she became so attached to my nephew. I am im...mensely grateful for everything she did for us, thank you.
