My experience with this attorney in 2014 was extremely disappointing and traumatic. When I found myself in a horrific situation with my ex-husband, who deceitfully had me, a breastfeeding mother, sent to jail for several hours, I was in complete shock. The police later admitted their mistake, but the... situation was severe, and I needed qualified help. I went to this attorney in tears, with my elderly parents and two small children, desperately seeking assistance. I explained the abuse I was enduring and expected support. However, instead of taking action and offering real help — filing for an injunction, obtaining a restraining order, directing me to a women’s shelter, or even offering practical advice — this attorney just laughed it off and failed to provide any meaningful steps. She saw that I was in an impossible situation, that I was being pressured to sign documents that violated all my rights. She even drafted such a document for me, which was absurd and unjust. While she claimed that I should not sign it, in reality, she did not offer any alternatives or intervene to help protect my family. She left me in distress, without taking any action to help safeguard myself or my children, completely ignoring my plea for assistance. Such a lack of responsibility, especially in such a critical and crisis situation, is unforgivable. This attorney does not fulfill her duties, does not take responsibility, and does not provide the necessary support. If you are looking for an attorney who will truly help you in your time of need, I cannot recommend this individual.

Don't hire her if you want to win your case. At the first consultation, she makes it sound like she knows it all and will definetly win your case. Total lie!! She rarely replies to your emails or picks up your phone calls. She only has one assistant and she's hardly ever in the office-leaves home at ...2pm. If you ask her the update about your case-she never knows anything. In the court of law, Evgeniya can hardly squeeze out a sentence, get very nervous and unorganized with papers. I can go on and on about her, but I hired Cindy Sackrin and in less that 3 months my case was WON, unlike with Evgeniya, almost two years and no results what so ever.
