Evelyn M Rodriguez

San Jose divorce attorney Evelyn Rodriguez was born and raised in Venezuela and has vast international experience as a corporate and business attorney including work in Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, France, and Switzerland.

Ms. Rodriguez has been a longstanding adviser to several nonprofit organizations supporting emerging Latin-American artists and abandoned youth. Her most inspiring philanthropic work has been advising Fundacion Together de Venezuela, which promotes and disseminates models for the assistance and prevention of abandoned children.

Drawing on her experience working with nonprofits, Ms. Rodriguez decided to become a sole practitioner focusing in family law, prior to joining Cordell & Cordell. She has helped hundreds of families navigate what is one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Her practice in California has called upon trial work in the counties of Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Monterey.
