I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Evan O’Donnell on finalizing some issues with my divorcee. In the court room Ms. O'Donnell was in full control to the point where I was able to relax knowing I was in good hands. I am about as comfortable in a court room as I’d be on the moon. I fe...lt as though my money was well spent and I had the best representation possible. I would use Ms. O’Donnell as my attorney again without a second thought.

She has you coming back for more literally! My divorce case was messy to begin with but Ms. O'Donnell is nice but she is not aggressive enough when it comes to litigating your case. She did not have the ability stand up against more experience attorneys seemed easily intimidated and I am still havin...g to fix what she did not do the first time around. At the end she said to me if the contract is breached I will only charge you $$$ and fix it. It is not enough to have four years of experience dealing with complex divorce cases. If it is pretty cut and dry then go for her she is really nice but that is it. She left things out of the final divorce settlement offer and it put me in a serious bind years later. She left loop holes for my husband not to pay alimony and for our child's school payment I had to go back because as soon as the divorce was over he was in breech of contract. I am still having to take him back and court over each part of the settlement offer. The payments could have been bundled so that I did not have to come back and pay another attorney to fix what should have been done. A full financial discovery needed to done had it been done then we would have known that he had paid a meager amount on a bill that was well into the thousands. He was to take my portion of the retirement savings to pay it off this major debt he never did! Divorce is serious and it is emotional as it is you need a lawyer on top of the game. As I said nice and personable but not knowledgeable enough about the process of divorce law. Specifically making sure that it was written in the divorce settlement that all payments by my ex husband be taken out of his check verses leaving it up to him to pay me out of pocket would have saved me thousands of dollars.
