I will continue to express the dissatisfaction with this lawyer. Completely unprofessional. Kept calling, texting, emailing with no response. When he did he would reassure me the case was moving forward. Two years later I tried communicating due to the fact my case time limitation. His dad assured me... that Evan would call…. Three weeks went by, what a clown! Got advice from another attorney stating I had a strong winning case but I would need to have this fool release the case, guess what? He agreed and said he would send me the release, you guessed, still waiting ( months later). Stay away from anything associated with Evan Elan- simply put the worst attorney I’ve dealt with.

I wish the cable company was as willing to be of assistance as Mr Elan is! Very fast response. Cautious approach. He hasn't made any promises, but since he's willing to work on contingency I feel confident that he'll do the best he can. He's been terrific up to this point. I'm confident he knows what... he is doing!

I reached out to Mr. Elan when my business was issued a Hearing for a Temporary Restraining Order and an immediate injunction from my unruly next door neighbor. Evan's advice was quick. effective, and straight to the point. He was intricate in my opportunity to keep my business open while we battled ...for our livelihood. Largely due to Mr. Elan we won our case and our business was able to continue functioning as is. I cannot recommend Mr. Elan highly enough to anyone looking for a straight forward, no nonsense, honest attorney.
