It's usually a change in the disability onset date, but it could be something else.

You should be asking your lawyer since he or she is familiar with your case. It sounds like the judge needs more information on your work history....

Confirm with SSA that you are no longer his payee. If you are not his payee, you do not have to continue paying his bills.

You will not get the maximum of both benefits. Your retirement amount will count as income and reduce your SSI benefits.
