Buying a new home was a new endeavor for me, but also was extremely nerve racking because I was buying a home with a close friend of mine as an investment. I found Mr. Nourse, by chance online, and he was able to set up a tenants in common for us. He explained how it worked and let us decide who woul...d be responsible for every single scenario, most of which we haven’t even thought of. Mr. Nourse was more than willing and patient to explain in depth what the negative and positive consequences were of going down this route. Overall, I am not only extremely confident in our partnership agreement but couldn’t have been luckier to have found Mr. Nourse.
