Esmeralda Sosa Serratos

La Abogada Esmeralda Sousa tenía mi caso desde hace 4 años y lo único que hizo fue sacar un permiso de trabajo que eso lo hace un para abogado y nunca me dio información de cómo iba mi caso en 2019 su firma de abogados donde trabajaba la destruyeron por falta de ética se hizo responsable de continuar... el caso sin costo alguno con la firma Garcia Garcia y al pasar unos meses me redacta un documento donde dice que te que firmar donde yo debo renunciar que ella continúe mi caso yo le dije yo no quiero renunciar yo ya pagué mis honorarios y espero por su trabajo y me dice si quieres que continúe yo debes pagar otra ves. Tengo todo mis pagos guardados y tengo todos los correos guardados y el principal donde ella se hace responsable de continuar mi caso con la siguiente firma.

I'm going to be brief here. Esmeralda was working on case for my family and I for a couple of years as a para-legal. But when she became a lawyer, she dropped the ball completely. The last instance for me with her when it was time to renew my work authorization. Esmeralda and her para-legal waited un...til the very last min to submit my work authorization application to the USCIS even though she knew that she - as my paid lawyer - should have done so months before. I am not responsible for keeping up with USCIS time frames and deadlines. My lawyer is, and she failed to submit on time. Even at the last minute I asked Esmeralda and her para-legal Sabrina to send the application priority overnight. They disregarded the request and sent it priority 2 day with USPS. Not only that, but the application was missing a signature and therefor it was sent back to me and that caused another delay for 2 more weeks until it was accepted. That resulted in me losing my job and not being able to work with the 180 days automatic extension paper as it was submitted AFTER the expiration date of the original EAD card not before(Which made me Ineligible. So thank you Esmeralda and Sabrina for costing me 4 months so far of unemployment and debt. STAY AWAY!

Mi esposo y yo tuvimos un par de consultas con Esmeralda para el ajuste de status de mi esposo.
