The divorce "papers" (I assume you mean the petition and summons) must be personally served on the respondent (no, you cannot serve by mail)....

Unfortunately you cannot file a preemptory challenge after there has been any sort of hearing before the judge. You are too late.

No, you cannot. The FSC does not determine any issue of the case. You will need to present your evidence in court at the trial.
