My car was involved in a hit-and-run during broad daylight and while there was a witness that contacted the police with the license plate, the driver's insurance refused to pay for the repairs. They said that it could have been anyone driving since it was a company vehicle. The total cost of repair...s and rental car was significant. Erik collected the police report and made a bullet proof case which was sent to the driver's insurance company with the demand for payment. Shortly after, I received a check for the full amount of the repairs and rental. This was a relief and it was great to know that someone had my back when going up against a corporation. I'd recommend Erik any day and wish I could give more stars.
