Excellent representation

The quality and promptness of service and advise Mr. Johnson delivered was above and beyond what I'd imagined. Truely making me feel in good hands. I will only call Erik, first, without delay in the moment of legal concern.

Don’t leave it to chance!

Facing potentially life changing charges and the criminal justice system is a terrifying experience. It gives me anxiety just thinking about it. You feel helpless at the mercy of the courts. The criminal justice system is structured to keep you wrapped up in it and squeeze as much money out of you fo...r as long as it can. It is structured for you to fail. Don’t let this happen to you. Let Erik help you escape this trap! I was lucky enough to be blessed with the representation of Attorney Erik Johnson. There is no better representation out there! You have to trust me here! Or you can try your luck and think back to this review when things don’t work out the way you’d hoped they would. Erik is your best bet because he cares. From the first minute you can tell Erik cares. He’ll put himself in your shoes and fight for you as if he was fighting for himself. That’s not just a figure of speech here. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. It doesn’t matter where you’ve been or what you may have done, Erik will look for the best in you and represent you as if he was representing himself. He won’t see you as someone who’s failed and is worthless. He’s a down to earth guy that knows that good people make bad mistakes sometimes and he takes it upon himself to help you past your current dilemma. You need to trust Erik. His expertise and experience speaks for itself and he knows his stuff. If he coaches you to do something, do it. He’s not one of those attorneys that takes the easy route, gets you a deal that you could have got for yourself, and takes your money to do so. He’ll fight to make sure that whatever situation you might be facing, you come out in as good of shape as you can. I’ll never have words to express my gratitude and thankfulness for the effort that Erik put forth in representing me. I’m writing this review with a heart that cares for everyone who needs someone to hold their hand thru the terrifying process of facing the criminal justice system. I’ve been there and there is nothing worse. Don’t leave it to chance. Erik cares.

"I worked with Erik for 5 years during our time in the Colorado state public defender system. He earned a reputation amongst his co-workers, court staff, and opposing counsel as a hard nosed litigator who was not afraid to take a case to trial. Erik's work ethic is second to none and you will not find someone who will be willing to work harder to get you the results you deserve. He practices with compassion, tenacity, and diligence, which makes him an exceptional choice for any case heading toward trial. Erik is also highly skilled in mitigation investigations and negotiation for serious cases. "I have known Erik Johnson for 10 years and worked with him as a criminal defense attorney for almost 6 years. He is a dedicated and incredible attorney, one who showed a great deal of passion for his client's cases, routinely going above and beyond to ensure they received a full-throated defense. Unsurprisingly, that passion resulted in not guilty verdicts and favorable dispositions. He is respected by the Judge's he appears before, the opposing attorneys he goes against, his colleagues, and most importantly, his clients!"
