You are required to have a parent given your age. Call the court clerk and ask for a reset.

I had a dui in 2001 and order to pay 750 or be sentenced to 45 in jail I did the 45 days in jail and they still say I owe 750

Driving with no LICENSE is not the same as no PERMIT. Mandatory minimum for no license is 2 days. Hire an attorney to negotiate the charge.

Since it was reduced to 14 over, you should just pay it. The citation doesn't report and you are not likely to win challenging it in court.

You need to hire an attorney to get a divorce. There is no such thing as "legal separation" in Georgia.
