You likely won't be arrested at DMV. But there may be a child support hold on your license.

Yes, is probation would have been "put on hold" a/k/a "tolled" for non compliance for failure to report (amongst other reasons).
I got a speeding ticket with code 40-6-181 in Cumming, my fine is $700! Can I get this reduced?

By yourself, no it's not worth it. With an attorney, you have a chance, yes.

1) hire an attorney

You aren't allowed to leave the state of
Georgia unless you have specific permission so long as you are on felony probation. Better hire a lawyer.
