You need to file petition for change of custody because if there is joint custody, then going to doctor without her is violation.
My husband lied that I emailed him violating order of protection. How can I prove I have not done that? He created fake email?

In 50/50 custody, less monied spouse is non-custodial. Court can deviate from CSSA because of amount of time child spends with non-custodial parent.
