Eric Robert Pellenbarg

Eric Pellenbarg is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property Law. He is a registered patent attorney who advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property and government procurement law. 

Mr. Pellenbarg's IP practice focuses on both transactional and litigation matters including preparing and filing trademark and patent applications as well as bringing and defending infringement lawsuits. In his government contracting practice, he provides advice to clients ranging in size from Fortune 50 defense contractors to individual clients seeking entry into the federal procurement workspace. He has first line experience helping clients with bid protests, agency appeals (ASBCA, CBCA) and all manner of transactional matters involving the formation and performance of government contracts such as teaming agreements and ITAR compliance.

In addition to the above, Mr. Pellenbarg has extensive experience defending large corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including employment law. He also has broad exposure in the areas of e-discovery, non-competition agreements and restrictive covenants. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pellenbarg served in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. He served from 2004-2006 at Hanscom AFB, MA as a contract law attorney providing guidance to over $1 Billion worth of government contracts annually. He was stationed at MacDill AFB, FL from 2002-2004 where he was a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of Military Justice. While at MacDill, Mr. Pellenbarg was selected as the Wing Staff’s Company Grade Officer of the Year in 2003.
