2010- I have certificates of good standing for Pennsylvania and New Jersey and have the present status as active. 2010 -but do not accept clients at this time.I WAS SUSPENDED FOR ONE YEAR AND A DAY A FEW YEARS BACK THIS IS TO EXPLAIN- I WAS FORCED TO DEAL WITH MANY PERSONAL ISSUES AT THE TIME
My diabtes which was not under control at that time is now under control. I wasiven sole custody of my two children and for the past 10 years and have raised them since they were 18 months old by myself.
My ex-wife DEVORAH SHABTAI sued and haraased me and my family for the past 10 years and is only allowed supervised visitation. PLEASE READ ALL THE LAWSUITS POSTED ON THE INTERNET FILED BY MY EX-WIFE TO UNDERSTAND MY PAST SITUATION.
In 2005 my ex-wife spent a year in jail for both violating my protective order and for contacting the children services on me at least 5 times or more. MY LIFE HAS RETURNED TO NORMAL NOW
I WAS APPOINTED AS DEFENSE COUNSEL IN 2001 TO DEFEND SOMEONE IN A DEATH PENALTY CASE DURING THIS TIME. THIS WAS A SIX WEEK TRIAL THAT OVERBURDENED MY SMALL PRACTICE AND ME WITH ALL MY PERSONAL PROBLEMS AT THE TIME. MY CLIENT RECEIVED ONLY A 5 YEAR SENTANCE .
