I had several Driving while DUI suspended charges even though I had proof from PennDot that I did all of my required paperwork and paid every fine and fee, including the interlock device. I Attorney Harakal kept it honest and direct; he advised the variables of the outcome of this matter which would... have resulted in jail time (and time away from my young daughters). Erik Harakal is the worst lawyer around he will take your money knowing he can’t do anything for your situation and he will milk you for more with lies to lead you to think that you have a case just to get more money from you. I would never recommend this firm to hire unless you want to end up paying... more just to end up worst off than a public defender. I had the worst experience of my life giving this man my life to handle.

I would never ever hire anyone from this law group for anything! I was told one thing and basically bullied by the “victim” and the judge and the DA and he didn’t do anything about it and I got the most horrible sentence . It is more than someone I know that has a drug charge! It is absolutely disapp...ointing that someone can take your money and not be good at their job. Good luck to anyone in the future.
