Eric Shane Grinnell

I hired Mr. Grinnell in April 2017. I was completely new to this family court/law experience and at that time I truly believed I had made an amazing choice when hiring him. He acted very knowledgeable and supportive. He went to court with me once and has literally done NOTHING since. Not one thin...g. After a year of being dragged along while waiting for him to file a motion to amend child support and a motion for mediation, neither of which were ever filed, I filed a bar complaint, which was successful despite him placing all the blame on me for why he didn't communicate with me or act on my behalf. He does not communicate. He does not act in the best interest of his clients, not truly. He's scatterbrained and all over the place despite how obvious it is he is well-educated. He has the potential to be a great attorney but lacks the work ethic to follow through on anything. Do not hire him! Also, his main office is in Richmond, Kentucky not Florence like his website lists.
