This has been my first ( and hopefully last) experience having a car accident and the consequently lawsuit. The system they have where phone calls and texts go to the same number is fantastic, and it made it so easy for me to call, send any proof or ask a question. They are bilingual, which I find so beneficial. As I said, the entire team was extraordinary, but for the last part of the process, Eric Cuellar took care of the case, and there my satisfaction as a client move to the next level. Eric is by far the most professional and empathetic attorney I have ever met. Since he took care of my case, everything went extremely fast and beneficial for me. Eric took all the time to explained to me each part of the process, the pros and cons and he guided me with so much patience and presence. He made sure that the entire process was easy for me, and he took extra time to negotiate each bill and ensure that I was getting the best result in each negotiation.
