Ercument Bayrasli

Mr Bayrasli represented me in a Workmans Compensation case. I could not ask for better representation. He was available to answer questions and explain what was happening and why. He was at every hearing and fought for everything that was owed me. He was professional, courteous, and diligent. He was ...also very well known at the court house and very well respected.

I do not wish to anybody this lawyer by the name Ercument Bayrasli ! He is not a good workers comp lawyer. I had this guy for about a year and he did not even come to the court to represent or fight for me. Instead he sent some woman who did not even try to argue my case or fight for my rights. I ...had 100% disability for my knee but insurance reduced my check and that lady who suppose to be a partner of Bayrasli's office did not help me to fight for my case. She just told me you got reduced and have a nice day ! Very impersonal very careless lady and this guy Bayrasli . Rude arrogant didn't care about my case or my injuries at all. He ignored or forgot about some of my requests I was asking him in my emails, I asked him to file a claim for my secondary injuries my knee but he forgot or did not take it seriously and I had to do it myself. He did not care to respond and I had to email him over and over again. Finally after the court hearing he told me to look for another lawyer elsewhere ! Completely left me without saying sorry or any remorse or apology ! I wanted to talk to him on the phone and I asked him if I can call him when he is not busy but he refused and did not want me to call him . I asked him for his cell phone number but he refused to give it to me. Then he said he will call me on Monday at 3:30 but I was not able to answer it because I had to go to my medical treatment for my knee and back. He got mad because I was not able to come to the phone, he got very arrogant with me about this and told me that he is busy and lost his time ! Very bad attitude treated me like I was not his client at all. I was mistake to choose him ! One Doctor reduced my disability level and this guy Bayrasli did not even care to help me to fix it or stop that Doctor from making incorrect medical reports. He never helped me to find a Doctor and never helped me to do anything. He was just interested in getting paid and treated me like a garbage. I told him I had lots of pain in my knee and back but he did not care and did not even come to court ! I asked him to fight for me to keep my payments because I can not work and can not get a job yet but he did not care about all that. Now I am thinking why would I want to have that kind of lawyer who work against me not with me ! Shortly after I found another beautiful lawyer who cares for my case and willing to help me with all my needs.
