I highly recommend Enrico Zanelli for any domestic legal issues, but specifically for divorce proceedings. From a technical perspective, Mr. Zanelli has an outstanding grasp of Florida law, was always very well-prepared for court appearances and any arbitration meetings, and always presented himsel...f in a very professional, respectful manner with the Court and with opposing counsel. I was extremely comfortable with his representation and felt secure and confident in his approach at all times. From a personal perspective, Mr. Zanelli was ALWAYS available (including nights and weekends) to discuss my case with me, outline various options, strategies, or potential outcomes so I felt well-informed and knew what may or may not occur in the proceedings. Mr. Zanelli left little to chance, and his negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills are outstanding. He was confident, articulate, and compassionate in his presentation of my case. Finally, Mr. Zanelli spent the time to get to know me and understand the issues so that he could present a position which was in my best interests. He understood my concerns, provided frequent reassurance, and kept me calm throughout the divorce proceedings, even when certain things could have caused significant disruption and unnecessary or superfluous litigation. I cannot thank both Enrico and Julia enough. Their persistence and patience cannot be outdone. I would spend every dime again to have Enrico in my corner. He was firm on what my rights are as a father and my son’s rights to have me in their life. During mediation he was firm when we needed to be and... was able to reason with me on things I needed to let go to have the best possible outcome. I get quality parenting time with my sons and a say in raising them. I have heard nightmares of attorneys dragging out litigation to charge their clients more money. While opposing counsel seemed to be doing this he would remain persistent in getting to an agreement that did not jeopardize my standing. He knows the law. I hired Enrico after the opposing party filed for divorce. Multiple allegations and processes were levied at me but Enrico was extremely supportive and was always available by phone and email if I had a question.
