I have been practicing law for over 35 years. I am now regularly asked to help train lawyers. I will say that every once in a while I meet a lawyer, a person, who is really special. We met Emma Aubrey in August of 2020. We were foreign to Washington and Washington’s legal system(s). She was professional, patient and considerate as she worked the case and helped us navigate everything Washington. Emma Aubrey was a delight to work with even under the circumstances in which we found ourselves. She was straight forward with us but gave us reassurance and comfort at the same time, around every corner and twist. Emma always had time to answer whatever questions we had, and she was always there to ...clear up any confusion we may have had via email, in person, or on the phone. She reached out to our family regularly to check-in and see how we were doing and to offer her support not just as a lawyer but as what felt like a concerned and supportive friend. I never felt silly asking her questions about trial jargon I could not understand. And while remaining courteous and professional she never made us feel like she didn't have time for our family even with the huge workload unrelated to our case she carries. She did a wonderful job representing our family and making sure we were humanized. On her own, Emma took on many responsibilities during the trial and took them all on with care and determination that showed us her power and her resilience in the face of injustice. She is a wonderful lawyer and a caring person that comes highly recommended by myself and my family. We were never let down under her care and guidance.

Emma Aubrey performed a wonderful job representing my son along with John Henry Browne. She helped argue his case and did a fantastic job with her research. After the trial was over, count 1 not guilty, she continued her work on my sons case and stayed in close contact with me and my son. She is alw...ays available when we need her. Emma was awesome! She was able to pull off something for us that we thought was unobtainable. She was all business, and very professional.
